ARCADIA TRUST GROUP
Shaping a sharper future for Arcadia Trust Group.
At a glance.
When you think ‘legal, tax and fiduciary services’, it’s easy to picture the usual suspects — dry language, dense detail and a certain fondness for playing it safe. Arcadia Trust Group had other ideas. Geared up for growth, they came to Teapot with clear ambition: not to blend in and certainly not to be defined by convention.
But Arcadia operates in a world where things aren’t simple. And shouldn’t be. Legal, tax and fiduciary work comes with personal stakes, complexity and decisions that don’t get a second chance. So in a space where reputation does the talking, how do you drive growth without losing trust? For this brand standing out wasn’t about turning up the volume, it was about sharpening the signal.
To build trust, their identity and digital presence needed to feel as considered as their expertise. Calm, confident, and quietly progressive. That’s where brand design and web development collided, forging a visual language that reassures in an instant and keeps proving its worth the deeper you go.

"Designing this website was a great opportunity to break through the norm. We wanted to make Arcadia stand out from the competition, and their enthusiasm and appreciation for the vision made it a creatively rewarding project."

The hurdle.
We couldn’t package Arcadia’s services into one neat little box – and we wouldn’t want to. They work with individuals, professionals and businesses, each bringing different expectations. So this was never going to be a one-size-fits-all project. The challenge was creating a brand that could flex for every audience while still commanding trust in every space.
What we found in situ was the opposite. A single logo was doing all the heavy lifting, but there was no story holding it together. After spending time with the people behind the business, it became clear the brand no longer matched the ambition driving it. So what started as a touch-up quickly became a complete outfit change.
The challenge didn't stop there. Arcadia's work is often sensitive and deeply personal, so every touchpoint had to strike the right balance. The brand needed authority without feeling clinical, and warmth without losing credibility. From the website to the wider identity, everything had to guide different audiences while still feeling like one joined-up brand.

Growth strategy.
Kicking things off with a positioning workshop, Arcadia landed on the ‘Outlaw’ archetype. Not for shock value, but by design. Spend five minutes with the team and it’s obvious: Arcadia aren’t traditionalists, and never have been.
That strategic shift set the direction for everything that followed, turning the existing brand on its head. Five colours became one - a distinct teal that cuts through with clarity. A redrawn vector wordmark, a full logo suite and motion-ready graphic elements followed, all grounded in the geometry of the mark itself. Underpinning this with a structured typographic system, we engineered a visual language that feels precise, flexible and unmistakably Arcadia.
That same thinking carried into the digital experience. The website was rebuilt with intent. No gimmicks, just a clear expression of who they are and how they think. SEO and keyword mapping shaped the structure, while considered UX gave each core service a defined path, supported by deeper content that builds authority. Subtle motion and a confident use of form add depth, but the experience doesn’t shout for attention. It earns it. Refined in close collaboration with Arcadia, they now have a platform that feels as assured and progressive as they are.
"Arcadia didn’t just need a rebrand. They needed a system built to clarify, flex, and last. What we created is bold, intelligent, and deeply theirs."

The shift.
Turns out, when you find your brand’s karaoke song, everything clicks into place. For Arcadia, it was You Only Get What You Give by The New Radicals. A track that perfectly matched their mindset of backing themselves and refusing to bend to expectation. That attitude helped to carve out a brand experience that feels unapologetically Arcadia from the very first click.
And crucially, it holds up where it counts. The website doesn’t just sit alongside the brand, it backs it up, turning thinking into something you can actually experience through considered journeys, layered content and interactions that guide without getting in the way. Both the brand and website now pull in the same direction, each doing their part to create a system that feels joined-up and built to keep pace as Arcadia grows.
