At the centre of everything we do is the drive to leave the world around us a better place; good design, development and marketing shouldn’t cost the Earth and our recent achievement of becoming a certified B Corporation is a testament to this. We constantly challenge the processes and decisions of our business, team members and clients to help everyone move toward a more sustainable future.

As a B Corp, we are committed to supporting local businesses where possible and we intend to purchase a minimum of 50% of our core products and services from local independent suppliers within Somerset. This not only strengthens our local economy but also aligns with our mission to reduce our environmental impact.

Environmental sustainability.

We hold ourselves accountable as a business and as individuals by reporting on and reducing the carbon emissions that we produce, whether that be through using solar panels, eco-cleaning supplies or reducing car usage through hybrid working. This commitment even extends to the work we do for our clients through consciously designing and building work that limits environmental impact, such as using FSC-certified materials and B-Corp certified suppliers.

It not only shows a company's genuine dedication to responsible business practices but also its socially conscious consumers, suppliers and investors. Our dedication to sustainability extends beyond physical materials to the digital world. We offer environmentally safe hosting services in the form of eco-friendly data centres that are powered by 100% renewable energy. Culture and community.

Throughout Teapot’s history, we have worked alongside local schools and colleges to offer entry-level employment opportunities - from a week of work experience to long-term apprenticeships. By creating roles that can inspire future generations of local talent we have found many of our longest-serving team members who go on to maintain industry-leading continual professional development.

Charity work.

We work alongside regional charities through community outreach and fundraising to help the less fortunate, local biodiversity and other worthy causes. We also undertake pro bono work for an elected charity partner each year - everything from brand development and website updates to campaign messaging.
