Opening the door to powerful property marketing: Apo’s Liverpool launch

Apo, a pioneer in personalised city living, aimed to redefine urban life with their new Liverpool apartment complex. They entrusted Teapot with crafting a campaign that would resonate with various groups and showcase the benefits of living with Apo in Liverpool.

City living can be pricey, but Apo wanted to show that their apartments offered more than just a place to live, they provided value and convenience. Our research revealed a diverse audience, including families, young professionals, healthcare workers, and foreign workers. To reach them, we needed a thoughtful strategy that spoke to their individual needs and desires.

Named "Come Home to Your City," our campaign was designed to appeal to everyone. We highlighted Apo's apartments' proximity to Liverpool's attractions, transport links, and schools. We showcased the Apo lifestyle in simple terms that anyone could understand. We made over 100 digital adverts, each tailored to engage different groups as well as more targeted digital marketing, we created print ads and building signage to promote the launch locally and cement the building as part of Liverpool’s city life.

To succeed, our marketing needed to be everywhere. Working with Space and Time media our message brought together the omnichannel strategy, OOH, Digital Display, Print and Social media, to spread the word. Local adverts and signs made sure Liverpool residents knew about Apo's new apartments. By keeping the message consistent across all channels, we made Apo feel like a part of Liverpool's community.

Our campaign was a hit, exceeding expectations. The "Open The Door" concept, born early in the project, became a central part of Apo's marketing. By staying true to Apo's mission and connecting with people on a personal level, we didn't just launch apartments – we started a movement to redefine city living, one apartment at a time.
